Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Any item sent back without requesting a return first will be rejected.

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Fastest method: return the item, wait for approval, then place a fresh order for the replacement.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks/card issuers may take extra time to reflect the refund.
